The Logan County Board of Education, 250 Holly Avenue, Logan, WV 25601, will accept sealed bids for the repair of the fencing and backstop at the Man High School Baseball Field, 800 East McDonald Ave., Man, WV, 25635 until 2:30 PM prevailing time February 4, 2026. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Information concerning item specifics and bid documents may be obtained by contacting Andrew Dotson at 304-792-2060, Ext. 2059 or email aldotson@k12.wv.us. Bid documents will also be available on the Logan County Schools website, boe.logan.k12.wv.us. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder's registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 1 1, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. Each bidder is required to visit the job site prior to placing a bid.
